My job is to understand people & behaviour and find solutions that fit the client and the end users needs. Gathering stories - whether this is through interviews, data or other means - helps me understand people and their context. These stories are the starting point for designing, and my guidelines along the way.
Map & create user journeys based on user insights and business challenges.
Translate insights & briefings into workable concepts and wireframes (preferrably content-first).
Choosing the right patterns to support users in their actions and test it. I’m also gaining experience with accessibility.
Collaborate with data professionals using Hotjar, GA & other tools to make sure we do the right things, the right way.
